Jeśli zapytać przeciętnego normika (swoją drogą lubię to określenie, na przeciętnego zjadacza chleba) kto skomponował utwór „The House Of The Rising Sun”, najczęstszą odpowiedzią będzie: „Oczywiście, że zespół The Animals”.W końcu to wersja brytyjskich „zwierzaków” nagrana w 1964 roku stała się tą najpopularniejszą. Nie wielu jednak wie, że za tym utworem stoi trochę dłuższa historia. A mówiąc trochę, mam na myśli około 400 lat.
